PURPOSE: A battery pack and its preparation method are provided, to reduce the increase of volume to a pack without the deterioration of mechanical strength and reliance of terminals. CONSTITUTION: The battery pack comprises a battery device(2) which has a cathode, an anode and a polymer electrolyte and contains terminals drawn from the cathode and the anode; a packing body which comprises a first region(51) having an accommodation concave part for accommodating a battery device, a second region(52) formed continuously to the first region and a third region(530) provided continuously to the second region so as to be substantially vertical to the first region; a frame which is located at the main circumference where a battery device is accommodated; and a connection substrate(3) which is located in the frame connected with terminals and is electrically connected with an external equipment, wherein the battery device is accommodated in the concave part, the second region covers the first face of the exposed battery device and is bent to the first region so as to be connected with the first region, the terminal of the battery device accommodated in the concave part and covered with the second region is connected with the connection substrate, a frame is located at the main circumference of the concave part, the connection substrate is located in the frame, the third region is bent to the second region, the second face corresponding the first face is covered with the third region, and the third region is connected with the first region. |
