PURPOSE: An electric wire structure, a method for manufacturing an electric wire structure, a substrate for an electrooptic device having an electric wire structure, and a method for manufacturing electrooptic device are provided to improve low-resistance and corrosion-resistance even in the case that an external wire is electrically connected with an internal wire. CONSTITUTION: An electric wire structure(100) is formed to electrically connect a corrosion-resisting metal wire(158) with a non-corrosion resisting metal wire(152). An oxide layer(156) of the corrosion-resisting metal and the non-corrosion resisting metal wire are formed on a surface of the corrosion-resisting metal wire in order. The corrosion-resisting metal wire has an exposed part(153) from which the oxide layer of the corrosion-resisting metal is removed. The corrosion-resisting metal wire is electrically connected with the non-corrosion resisting metal wire through the exposed part by an electric connection auxiliary member(150). |
