FIELD: transport engineering; bicycles and their steering gears. ^ SUBSTANCE: according to invention, driving sprocket with pedals is installed before front wheel and is connected with driven sprocket on front wheel by chain. Saddle 10 is connected with front fork 5 by articulated joint 13, 14 in form of universal joint. Backrest of saddle is connected by articulated joint, for instance, ball joint, with bicycle frame to provide turning of saddle around axle passing through articulated joint 13, 14 and ball joint.
