FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: wall of mold includes working plate with parallel straight ducts for passing cooling agent and transition sleeves secured to working plate along said ducts and having threaded openings for studs designed for mounting working plate on supporting plate. Ducts are formed with the same pitch along the whole surface area of working plate. Transition sleeves are arranged along axes of ducts and they are flush-mounted relative to lower mark of said ducts. Each sleeve has on its end slot groove joined with duct and having size coincided with size of duct cross section. Threaded portion of sleeve is arranged over butt plane of working and supporting plates. Supporting plate has in each opening for stud coaxial turning for placing head of sleeve. ^ EFFECT: improved cooling effect, lowered material consumption for making wall. ^ 4 dwg |
