<p>The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical formulation in colloidal form for topical application for the therapy and prophylaxis of pathological changes of the skin and/or integumentary structures of the skin and/or mucous membranes, including mucous membranes of the digestive tract, uro-genital tract and bronchial system and/or conjunctiva, containing a lipophilic phase in a quantity of 1-10% by weight, a mixture of surfactant and co-surfactant in a quantity of 1-50% by weight, a hydrophilic phase in a quantity of 40-80% by weight and, as active ingredient, cyclosporin and/or derivatives thereof in a concentration of 0.1-20% by weight.</p> |
