FIELD: petroleum and chemical industries. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with devices for physico-chemical treatment of substances, in particular to apparatuses for magnetic treatment of substances. The apparatus contains a magnetic body and a c skeleton. Between two halves of the body there are rubber gaskets to pressure seal a magnetizing coil against penetration of moisture. Flanges are welded to the outside parts of the body. The skeleton has a thin wall alternating with the thick parts, having in an axial section the form of curvilinear triangles, bases of which are spaced from an axis of the body by a distance of the radius of a passing hole of the apparatus.
