PURPOSE: A wire/wireless integrated agent service for a Lotto typed lottery ticket is provided to enable a user to conveniently buy the lottery ticket through the wire/wireless and prevent speculative participation through a weekly large purchase using a wireless terminal number and an ID/password of the user. CONSTITUTION: The user requests a lottery ticket service program through the wire/wireless Internet, and is managed as a member by storing user information and service related information to a database(206). A lottery ticket number generating service, a winning number statistics providing server, and a purchase agent service are provided to the user through the service program, purchase particulars and a drawing result are informed to the user through the SMS(Short Message Service) and an e-mail, and prize money is given to the user. The service program is provided to the user free by making an advertiser inserting an AD(ADvertisement) into an AD channel pay a use charge of the lottery ticket service program, the AD is strategically provided to the users based on the user information, and an AD expense and a use charge for the user information are paid when the AD is performed.
