FIELD: medicine, surgical stomatology, oral surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: from both sides of defect one should cut overturning mucous-periosteal fragments which loosely unfold into nasal cavity and completely overlap the defect. One should suture latticed implants at cell size being 3 x 3 - 5 x 5 mm manufactured in accordance to their configuration out of nickelide-titanium ligature of 40-60 mcm thickness up to the above-mentioned fragments. Mucous-periosteal fragments prepared due to this technique should be sutured in two layers with nickelide-titanium ligature. With the upper row of interrupted sutures one should fix implants together, with the lower one - soft tissues. Additional fixation of mucous-periosteal fragments should be performed with iodoform strips and detachable protective plate. The method enables to avoid gaping that prevents, in its turn, the development of relapses. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of reconstruction. ^ 3 dwg, 1 ex
