A room which accumulates heat surrenders the heat to a flat cover structure (1) which is in turn cooled from above (2) by air. A phase-change material (4) is esp. located either in or on the cover structure. The system incorporates a system of passages (3, 6, 7) through which the heat transfer takes place from and through the phase-change material (4).
