FIELD: brushes and methods of production thereof. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for producing brush having holder and a set of separate or bundled plastic bristles involves melting ends of bristles or bristle bundle from holder side so that beads are created on bristle ends; connecting beads of adjacent bristles or bristle bundles by carrying out forming process, displacing plastic material and sealing connection areas inside plastic holder material. Beads are deformed by means of former to create well-defined support structure formed by connection members, which connect adjacent beads. Support structure and bristles extending beyond thereof are embedded into plastic holder material for a short length. Device for above method implementation and brush produced in accordance with the method are also disclosed. ^ EFFECT: provision of controllable bristle elasticity, reduced total brush head height. ^ 28 cl, 21 dwg |
