PURPOSE: A trailing arm bush of a rear suspension is provided to extend the life span and increase lateral rigidity and durability by reducing driving torque with directly installing the trailing arm bush to a vehicle body, and to improve steering stability and the tread between a tire and the road surface by understeering a rear axle in turning and absorbing vibration during traveling on the rough road. CONSTITUTION: A trailing arm bush of a rear suspension is composed of an outer pipe(16) integrally combined with a trailing arm; an inner pipe(20) inserted to the outer pipe and composed of rubber(18) contacted to the inner periphery of the outer pipe; and a hollow pin(38) having bolt holes(36) combining a bolt with a pipe nut of a vehicle body member and penetrating the center of the inner pipe to combine a dust cover(22), a ring(24), packing(26) and a bearing(28) with the inner periphery of the inner pipe for shutting off inflow of foreign matters and adjusting the clearance. The hollow pin is manufactured by forging, and the bolt holes are formed at both sides of the hollow pin.
