FIELD: machine engineering, possibly manufacture of petal type discs. ^ SUBSTANCE: petals with outer grooves are fastened between lateral and inner flanges by means of end clamps and they have stepped groove whose large step is designed for inner flanges. End clamp of inner and lateral flanges has rectangular edge. End clamps of inner flanges have rectangular grooves whose width corresponds to thickness of two - three petals of tool. One inner flange supports spacing member designed for unclamping in axial direction inner end clamps until their contact with inner contour of large step of stepped groove. At rotation of tool liquid -setting adhesive mixture fills diametrical surface of petals together with spacing members, outer groves and cavities between petals, respective lateral flanges and inner surface of end clamps. It provides enhanced strength and tightness of tool without cementing its petals. ^ EFFECT: enhanced quality of tool due to its improved strength and tightness. ^ 3 cl, 5 dwg
