FIELD: wood-pulp and paper industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with devices for fiber-containing materials machining and it is intended for utilization in a wood-pulp and paper industry. The device contains a body with a rotor mounted on the shaft, one end of which passes through a butt of the rotor and is hinged with the body of the device and its other end bearing a unbalance of the rotor is passing through the opposite butt and is conjugated by the lateral planes of a through and open from the side of the shaft rectangular groove with the made in parallel symmetrical flats of a driven end of the a driving shaft, with a unbalance of the body mounted in its upper cavity so, that the driving end of the shaft passes through a cover of the body. On the lower part of the driving shaft there is a conical gear, and the middle part of the driving shaft is supplied with additional rolling-contact bearings, on the external rings of which there is a cylinder with the unbalance of the body and the conical gear ring fixed on it. The upper cavity of the body is supplied with a horizontal shaft with a double conical gear located on its cone-shaped part. The double conical gear front part using its low teeth makes gearing with the driven shaft gear and the rear part - using its upper teeth is gearing with the conical gear ring. The reduction ratio of the front gearing is equal to 1, and the rear gearing is within the limits of 1.12 - 1.6. The invention ensures formation of pulsating force acting on a material on any section of a trajectory of the rotor rolling around the body, that intensifies the process of the material machining and improves its quality. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures intensification of the process of the material machining and improvement of its quality. ^ 1 dwg |
