PURPOSE: A cutter plate is provided to reduce defective proportion and improve working efficiency by variously moving the cutter plate when cutting objects having various lengths and sizes due to external conditions. CONSTITUTION: A cutter plate includes cutters(10). The cutters(10) are inserted into supporting members(20). Supporting balls(30) are accommodated in the supporting members(20) in order to allow the cutters(10) to freely move. The supporting members(20) are fixed by a supporting plate(40). A fixing plate(50) is fixed on an upper portion of the supporting members(20). The cutters(10) have various sizes and lengths. The supporting balls(30) are positioned at each edge portion of the supporting members(20). The fixing plate(50) is coupled to the supporting plate(40) by means of bolts.
