METHOD FOR CONTROLLING HOME NETWORK USING MESSENGER HAVING GATEWAY

摘要

PURPOSE: A method for controlling a home network using a messenger is provided to easily add or remove a control target device by using immediacy offered from an instant messenger and offer an encryption function for a security communication of a high level to protect intrusion of a malicious user. CONSTITUTION: A client terminal is equipped with a messenger program module(10). Devices(30) are installed in a home and are controlled by the messenger program module. A gateway(20) transmits/receives needed data by connecting to the device and the client terminal through the network. The gateway includes an OSGi(Open Service Gateway initiative) framework used as a network middleware by installing to the inside, a proxy server communicating with the outside of the home, and a device agent for controlling each device.
