PURPOSE: A system and a method for offering information using an interactive interface are provided to save a search time by receiving needed information regardless of time and space, receive correct contents even if a right keyword is not known, and induce user's interests. CONSTITUTION: A client(10) is equipped with a connector for connecting to the wire/wireless Internet, an input tool, and an output tool such as a monitor, and interactively inputs the text through a user character. An access server(20) comprises a connection server(24) generating/keeping a TCP(Transmission Control Protocol) connection and discriminating/transferring a message to a proper worker, and a web server(22) connecting the client to the wired Internet if the client is a PC. An intelligence server(30) understands a service use state of the user by connecting to a database server(35) and provides various VAN(Value Added Network) services. An external interface server(40) collects context information, mobile terminal information, and contents needed for the services by connecting to external resources(50) such as a CP(Contents Provider) and a mobile communication system(60).
