PURPOSE: A transparent film for inkjet printing is provided to have an excellent ink absorbency, a good transparency, durability and water resistance and not to discolor even though storing for a long time. CONSTITUTION: The transparent film for an inkjet printing comprises an ink absorbing layer on at least one side of a substrate. The ink absorbing layer has a glass transition temperature of 40 to 90 deg.C and is composed of 40 to 80 wt.% of an acrylic copolymer having a hydroxyl value of 10 to 80 mgKOH/g and an acid value of 40 to 100 mgKOH/g and 20 to 60 wt.% of a hydrophilic resin. The ink absorbing layer is applied in a thickness of 5 to 15 micrometers.
