PURPOSE: A detachable handle for a cooker is provided to stably hold the cooker by preventing a support unit from shaking. CONSTITUTION: A detachable handle for a cooker is composed of a body(10), a movable piece(20) installed in the body and exposed forward, and a rotary roller(30) installed in the body and exposed upward. The body includes a grip portion(12), a pair of parallel bars(14) formed at the front of the grip portion, a roller holding portion(12b), and a movable-piece guide unit(12a). The movable piece includes a straight portion(22) with a pair of parallel flanges(23,24), and a movable compressing unit(26), and is coupled to the rotary roller by a guide pin(43). The rotary roller includes a pin hole(31c), and an eccentric cam groove(33). The eccentric cam groove has a straight groove(33a) and a semicircular groove(33b).
