PURPOSE: A gas operated liquid dispenser system is provided to enable automatic treatment of liquids, self-removal of residuals, and repeated use of the system. CONSTITUTION: The gas operated liquid dispenser system comprises: an active ingredient concentrate cylinder(1) and a liquid carbon dioxide cylinder(2) connected with a metering and mixing device(13) through pipes(10,11), respectively; a conduit(12) connected to the active ingredient concentrate cylinder(1) at the metering and mixing device(13); and a nozzle(15) connected to the metering and mixing device(13) through a tubing network(14).
