PURPOSE: A device and a system for security of a PC are provided to prevent an unauthorized person from operating the PC or a CD/diskette by making only the authorized person access the PC or the CD/diskette after certifying a user ID. CONSTITUTION: A power controller(12) controls turn-on/off of the PC power. A PC case locking tool(17) prevents a PC case(10) from being separated from a main body of the PC(14). A PC case opening/closing controller(13) controls the PC case locking tool to a lock or release state. A key-set tool(11) enables the user to control each tool from the outside of the PC case.
