PURPOSE: A device for collecting urine and feces of patient is provided to allow the patient to comfortably urinate and defecate, even if he/she lies, to simplify the treatment after urination or defecation by using a bidet and a blower, and to easily separate feces from the anus or buttocks of the patient by using ultrasonic wave generator. CONSTITUTION: The device for collecting urine and feces of a patient includes: an upper matt(70), supporting his/her upper body; a lower matt(90), supporting his/her lower body; a main body(10), arranged between the upper matt(70) and the lower matt(90) so as to collect his/her excreta; a cover(30), covering the top of the main body(10); and a controller(50) controlling the operation of the main body(10) and the cover(30), so that he/she urinates or defecates in the lying state.
