PURPOSE: A variable flux type bypass device of a multi-air conditioner system is provided to realize appropriate circulation refrigerant flux corresponding to capacity of an indoor unit and cooling and heating load, and reduce a flow noise and power consumption for compressors. CONSTITUTION: Compressors(11) pressurizedly discharge a refrigerant flowed into a suction side pipe(17) to a discharge side pipe(18). Bypass pipes(41,43) combine the discharge side pipe with the suction side pipe to bypass part of the refrigerant discharged to the discharge side pipe to the suction side pipe. A flux variable control element, electronic expansion valve(42) is installed on the bypass pipes for variably controlling flux of the refrigerant to be bypassed.
