PURPOSE: A communication terminal system having a voice message selection transceiving function is provided to automatically deliver a prestored voice message to a receiver connected with a call, and to analyze a button signal inputted from the receiver to execute an additional message processing function, so that one originator can automatically deliver a voice message to plural receivers according to a response state. CONSTITUTION: An interface(3) interfaces a call signal. A ring signal generator(4) detects a ring signal, and rings a bell. A call signal processor(5) modulates/demodulates and amplifies the call signal. A DTMF decoder(6) decodes a response signal to output the decoded response signal. A controller(8) analyzes the response signal to transmit a voice message, and overall controls a function of a telephone(7). A DSP(9) receives a confirm voice message signal with an originator's voice, and converts into a digital signal or performs a reverse process. A flash memory(10) stores a receiver's telephone number and a voice message with the confirm voice message signal.
