The present invention is related to the accessories and implements production for air conditioning units, more specifically to air diffusers in air conditioning units. The invention is further related to the manufacturing process of the same. The advantage of said diffuser is that is a lightweight device, having a thickness suitable for achieving the opening of the transversal surface of the frontal air outlet. The manufacturing process includes: 1) having a metallic mold being split into two parts. 2) Molding a preset aluminium film, adhering the same to one of the two parts of said mold. 3) Injecting polyurethane along with the blowing agent, in such a quantity that when the second aluminium film is adhered in the upper part (mirror) of the liquid polyurethane and when a pressure is applied with the upper part of the mold, the material will not split, but the mold remains full to a certain pressure. 4) Removing the diffuser mold.
