MOVABLE FORM APPARATUS WITH FOAM VIBRATOR FOR MANUFACTURING PRECAST CONCRETE BEAM

PURPOSE: A form apparatus for manufacturing a precast concrete beam is provided to install and disassemble the form easily by moving the form integrally with a moving member, and to pour concrete into the form quickly by operating plural form vibrators. CONSTITUTION: A form apparatus for manufacturing a precast concrete beam is composed of a base(2) used as a worktable, a couple of form members(4) opposed to each other on the base, and a moving member(6) placed in the lower part of the form member to integrally move the form member along the base in mounting or disassembling the form member. The form member is composed of a panel(4a), and a supporting member(4b) integrally connecting the panels and supporting the panels. Plural form vibrators(8) are installed in the form member to pour and cure concrete quickly and easily, and the moving member is formed of a roller or a wheel.
