PURPOSE: A method for setting multi mode TV(Television) environment by users in a television receiver is provided to previously store TV environment setting values by users, thereby capable of viewing TV at an optimized TV environment setting mode. CONSTITUTION: When there is a user TV environment setting mode request from a user(200), user's information input is required(202). Thereafter, the inputted user's information is authenticated that the user is registered to the user TV environment setting mode(204). When the user is registered to the user TV environment setting mode, a microcomputer reads a previously stored TV environment setting value as for the user(210). The TV environment is set by the read user TV environment setting value(212). |
