PURPOSE: Provided is a device for manufacturing refuse derived fuelby using waste plastic which is effectively melt by increasing melting pressure of a melting machine. CONSTITUTION: In a device for manufacturing refuse derived fuel by using waste plastic comprising a crushing machine (100), a melting machine (200), a molding machine (300) and a cutting machine (400), the melting machine comprises a melting machine body having a hopper (212) and a heating chamber, a melting pipe installed to perforate the heating chamber and melting the waste plastic, a heating equipment heating the melting pipe, a transferring screw where forward thread is spirally formed along the axial direction on the outer circumference side and backward thread is spirally formed on one side of the outer circumference in the opposite direction to that of the forward thread and a power equipment driving the transferring screw.
