PURPOSE: An IDC(Insulation Displacement Connection) telecom block is provided to enable an office line connected to a subscriber side and an extension line connected to a device side in a telephone office to connect an IDC connection pin. CONSTITUTION: A recess(52) for mounting a splitter/protector for distributing lines and preventing thunderbolt is formed at the central side of the IDC connection pin. An office line(20), an extension line(30) and a line(80) for using an additional service, maximum three lines, are simultaneously connected to both sides of the IDC connection pin, at the center of the recess. The internal structure of the IDC connection pin is formed with 'Y' shape so that the lines with different thicknesses is connected without separating.
