PURPOSE: A process is provided to produce a functional synthetic resin containing nano-sized silver particles in high concentration. The synthetic resin can be used for various daily necessaries and electronic material. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of: dissolving a silver salt like silver nitrate(AgNO3) in ethylene glycol with heating to prepare a solution containing high concentration silver ion, wherein the ethylene glycol can be replaced by diethylene glycol, glycerin, and propylene glycol; injecting a nonionic polymer into the solution to prepare an intermediate; stirring the intermediate and a synthetic resin, and making a masterbatch and a compound with heating at 150deg.C or higher.
