SOLID GLUE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF WHICH REDUCE THE RATIO OF MAIN MATERIAL

PURPOSE: A solid glue and a method for producing the solid glue are provided, which reduce the ratio of a main material of a conventional solid glue and the cost of production. CONSTITUTION: The solid glue is produced by the method comprising the steps of: mixing 40-50wt% of a synthetic resin adhesive comprising PVAc and PVP in the weight ratio of 20:27, 30-40wt% of starch, and 10-20wt% of methyl cellulose as a water-soluble adhesive; adding 1-5wt%(based on the total weight) of glycerin as a hydrating agent; adding the same amount of water as the total sample; heating and stirring the total mixture at 60-70deg.C for 2 hours; blending the adhesive and 10-15wt%(based on the total weight of the adhesive sample) of an ester as a drying agent 30min before finishing the polymerization with keeping the heating temperature to solidify, wherein the ester comprises stearic acid and oleic acid in the ratio of 1.5:0.5; mixing 5-10wt% of wax pre-treated at 60-70dega.C by using natural solid phase powder in the last step of the polycondensation of the adhesive sample just before finishing the reaction; and cooling the total sample at an ordinary temperature.
