发明名称 METHOD FOR TUNING COMBINATION CHANNEL BY USING A SOUND CARRIER SIGNAL IN A MULTI-TYPE TELEVISION
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for tuning a combination channel by using a sound carrier signal in a multi-type television is provided to enable broadcasting signals of SECAM(Sequential Color A Memoire) and PAL(Phase Alternation by Line) to tune through a channel tune process by once. CONSTITUTION: Channel frequency existing PAL/SECAM broadcasting signals is tuned sequentially(S200). A sound carrier signal existing to each tuned channel frequency bandwidth is checked(S202). The frequency bandwidth of the sound carrier signal is checked and then it is discriminated whether the tuned channel frequency is PAL or SECAM broadcasting signal(S206,S208). A system conversion switch embedded with the tuner is switched to the type corresponding to the discriminating result(S210,S212). The tuned channel is memorized through Automatic Frequency Tuning(AFT) and synchronization check(S218).
