CONCRETE USING FIRED METAL-MINE TAILINGS, WHICH HAS EXCELLENT COMPRESSION STRENGTH, TENSILE STRENGTH, WATER PERMEATION RESISTANCE AND RESISTANCE AGAINST SULFATES

摘要

PURPOSE: A concrete using fired metal-mine tailings is provided to increase compression strength, tensile strength, water permeation resistance and resistance against sulfates, to minimize environmental pollution, and to reduce the costs. CONSTITUTION: The concrete is obtained by mixing cement, water, sand and gravel, wherein the cement is obtained by mixing 30-80% of cement with 70-20% of metal-mine tailings (by the volume basis) and then curing the mixture. The metal-mine tailings used in the concrete are obtained by firing metal-mine tailings at a temperature of 100-900 deg.C for 10-120 minutes.
