PURPOSE: Provided is a food garbage disposal apparatus which performs the whole procedure including crushing, fermenting and packaging automatically, thereby providing organic fertilizers easily and inhibiting environmental pollution caused by waste food. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus includes a hopper(145) for input of garbage; a first crushing cylinder(110) having a first crushing screw(111) therein and a second crushing cylinder(120) having a second crushing screw(121); a fermentation tank(140) equipped with a microbe inlet(142) and a discharge duct(150) and having a stirring blade(141) therein; a discharge cylinder(130) having a discharge screw(131) therein; drain pipes(112,122,132) with filter nets(113,123,133); and an exhaust fan with an exhaust pipe(143). The waste food inputted from the hopper is crushed by passing through the crushing cylinders and the crushing screws, is mixed, stirred and fermented with microbes in the fermentation tank. Meanwhile, water and odor generated during the treatment are discharged via the drain pipes and the exhaust pipe, respectively and the processed garbage is outputted via the discharge duct. |
