SYNCHRONOUS OPTICAL CODE-DIVISION MULTIPLE-ACCESS SYSTEM USING CORRECTED PRIME-HOP CODE AND METHOD FOR GENERATING PRIME-HOP CODE

PURPOSE: A synchronous optical code-division multiple-access system using a corrected prime-hop code and a method for generating a prime-hop code are provided to remove generation of bit errors due to multiple access interference by excluding interference between plural users. CONSTITUTION: A synchronous optical code-division multiple-access system includes a transmitter for transmitting a plurality of optical signals and a receiver for receiving the optical signals. Prime-hop codes for prime numbers are generated. The prime-hop codes having pulses on first position of all blocks are removed from a set of prime-hop codes. One or more corrected prime-hop codes are generated by removing pulses for the 0-th wavelength(lambda 0) each residual prime-hop code. The corrected prime-hop codes are assigned to one or more receivers.
