PURPOSE: A health supplementary food composition containing sunflower seeds, Euonymus alatus, elm tree roots and barks, Artemisia capillaris or the like as a main component is provided. It improves immunity and inhibits the growth of cancer cells without causing adverse side effects to the human body. CONSTITUTION: The health supplementary food composition comprises 3 to 7kg of sunflower seeds, 3 to 7kg of sunflower stems, 1 to 3kg of Euonymus alatus stems, 3 to 7kg of elm tree roots and barks, 1 to 2kg of Artemisia capillaris, 1 to 3kg of Dioscorea opposita, 0.1 to 0.5kg of corn silk, 2 to 3kg of corn stalks, 3 to 7kg of mulberry roots, 1 to 3kg of ginseng, 1 to 3kg of Atractylodis Rhizoma Alba, 1 to 2kg of malt powder, 0.1 to 0.5kg of Plantago asiatica and 0.3 to 1.0kg of Glycyrrhizae Radix. The material is added with 5 to 50 times of water, extracted at 92deg.C or more for 8 to 10hr and then dried. The effective dose of the food composition is 10 to 500mg/kg.
