TRAVERSE SHAFT EXCHANGING DEVICE FOR CRAB OF OVERHEAD CRANE WITH NO BAND ROPE AND CHAIN BLOCK AT CRAB

PURPOSE: A traverse shaft exchanging device for a crab of an overhead crane is provided to separate and assemble a traverse shaft from/to a traverse coupling by back and forth/left and right movements without a band rope and a chain block at the lower part of the crab. CONSTITUTION: A traverse shaft exchanging device for a crab(110) of an overhead crane is composed of a main guarder unit for moving forward and backward along a forward/backward moving rail(560) installed in left/right guarders(130) at the lower part of the crab; a left-right moving frame unit(600) mounted to move left and right by screw gears(521,621,624) and an LM(Linear Motion) guide disposed at left and right sides of an upper part of the main guide; a plurality of lifter units mounted to move left and right/up and down by the screw gear and the LM guide disposed at left and right sides of the upper part of the left-right frame unit; and upper end-opening and closing units disposed at the upsides of each lifter unit to open an upper end at the width of a traverse shaft(350) to fix or support the traverse shaft to be exchanged. The traverse shaft exchanging device of the overhead crane is moved to the traverse shaft to be exchanged by back and forth/left and right movements in the left/right guarders at the lower part of the crab and opened and closed at the width of the traverse shaft to lift the traverse shaft, and accordingly, the traverse shaft exchanging device facilitates installation of a traverse coupling fixing bolt for connecting the traverse shaft and draw-in/out works of the traverse shaft.
