PURPOSE: Provided is a polyester plasticizer for vinyl resin useful for vinyl resin comprising polyvinyl chloride and halogen atom, which has especially excellent water drain, oil drain, and ABS(acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin) migration resistance. CONSTITUTION: The polyester plasticizer represented by formula 1 and 2(wherein D1 is C4-C20 alkyl group, D2 is C3-C19 alkyl group, R1 is an alkyl group derived from C4 glycol such as a C3-C10 alkyl group, R2 is 1,3-butylene glycol, 2-methyl-1,3-propylene glycol, 1,4-butylene glycol). The glycol corresponding to R2 is 80-100 mol% of branched glycol such as 1,3-butylene glycol, 2-methyl-1,3-propylene glycol in the total glycol. The used ratio of the branched glycol such as 1,3-butylene glycol, 2-methyl-1,3-propylene glycol is 0.5:0.5 to 0.9:0.1(by mol).
