PURPOSE: A method is provided to obtain a coil having a circular cross section and uniform characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A method is characterized in that a coil is manufactured by an isotropic etching and a heat treatment of photosensitizer. The lower portion of the coil is manufactured by an isotropic etching process, and the lower portion of the coil is manufactured by a heat treatment of photosensitizer. The upper portion and the lower portion are connected with each other so as to form a coil wound on a cylinder constituted by a photosensitizer.
