The system has a transaction accepting and acquiring system for acquiring computerized bank transactions from several channels. A routing system (3) communicates with servers (6, 7). A decision server (5) receives and processes a transaction request from the routing system to determine to which servers (6, 7) an information request is to be sent. The server (5) receives reply to the request from the servers (6, 7). An independent claim is also included for a process to exchange information and decision relative to a transaction.
