The device has a plate (2) covering a base of a brush and a cover placed on teeth part of a comb. The plate and the cover exercise to and fro movements on each spike (1) of the brush and on each tooth, respectively for removing hair. The plate and the cover have holes for inserting all the spikes of the brush or teeth of the comb. A button placed at back of the brush pushes the plate.
