A mounting system for an electric, pneumatic or hydraulic switchboard comprises electric, pneumatic or hydraulic devices (2) respectively and their interconnections (5) whereby the sys­tem comprises a mounting unit comprising at least one substantially vertical support (6) that is arranged to support a plurality of substantially horizontal mounting bars (1) that are arranged to hold said devices (2). The electrical connections (5) are arranged on the rear side of said mounting bars (1).
