PURPOSE: A punching device is provided to improve the productivity in an image processing and a punching process of a high speed and a high accuracy. CONSTITUTION: A guiding device(c2) of an optical system toward a camera body is swung centering the camera body. Reflecting portions(9a,9b) are installed in the guiding device of the optical system to reflect an image of a projected photographed portion. Thereby, the camera photographs by moving in a high speed and the shaking or the inclination of the image by a vibration are not generated. Therefore, an image processing and a punching process are performed with a high accuracy in a short time. By photographing the photographed portion by swing, the punching efficiency and the productivity are improved.
