The barrier has two identical half-barriers (7) with a cylindrical tube (1) having one end linked with a support (2) that is fixed on ground. Another end of the tube forms half-buckles to form a half torus that extends towards the former end. The latter end is situated at a sufficient distance from the ground to rotate the barriers (7) from a closed position to an open position, after removing a blocking unit.
