摘要 PURPOSE: A burner system is provided to improve combustion efficiency and to reduce air pollution material by completely burning emulsion fuel. CONSTITUTION: A burner system for reducing air pollution material is composed of a blower(111) for supplying combustion air, three cylindrical pots(101,102,103) having the same central axis and being different in semidiameter, flat disks(104,105) for supporting both ends of the pots, a plurality of air nozzles(107), a cylindrical emulsion injector(130) having a plurality of orifices, and a whirler(120) for whirling combustion air. The cylindrical emulsion injector is formed at the inner center of the burner, and is supported by the disk installed at the fuel inlet side. The air nozzles are in contact with the outer circumference of the inner pot, slope toward the disk installed at the fuel outlet side, and inject air from the outer wall to the inner wall of the inner pot. The air whirls along the inner wall of the inner pot and flows into the disk installed at the fuel outlet side.
