PURPOSE: A home automation system using a mobile terminal having a remote controller function is provided to remotely control an operation of a home appliance with a mobile terminal by downloading a control list and a control code of the home appliance and storing them in the mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: An HAC(Home Automation Center)(110) stores a control list, a control signal code value and a control signal format of a home appliance. A wired/wireless communication network(120) interfaces and relays data through a designated path. A client(130) is a browser mounted in a computer or a mobile terminal by a user. A mobile terminal(140) displays a list of specific home appliances to be controlled and stores a home automation program including various supplementary menus for instructing an operation of a specific home appliance. An MCU(Multi-Controller Unit)(150) receives various data applied through the wired/wireless communication network(120) and transmits it to a designated path, or receives various data applied from outside and applies it to the HAC(110). A counter(160) measures an amount of energy used by a customer, stores it in a memory, and transmits a specific ID of the consumer together with the counted data. Power savers(170a-170c) switch ON/OFF operation of connected home appliances(170b,180b,190b). |
