PURPOSE: A semiconductor device capable of varying an output signal level of an output driver is provided, which judges the operation of a load connected to the output driver by varying the output signal level of the output driver. CONSTITUTION: The semiconductor device includes an output driver(200) and a load(220) comprised in an output port of the output driver. And a signal level varying unit(210) checks the operation of the load by varying an output signal level of the output driver. The signal level varying unit includes a multiplexer and two variable resistors connected to the multiplexer.
