PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-sealed vibration isolation device capable of sufficiently improving the ride quality of an automobile without impairing the durability of a rubber wall forming a liquid chamber and the steering stability of the automobile. SOLUTION: This liquid-sealed vibration isolation device comprises an inner cylinder 1, an outer cylinder 2 a rubber elastic body 3 mounted between the inner and outer cylinders 1, 2 and connecting them, and a liquid sealing chamber 35 positioned between the inner and outer cylinders 1, 2. The liquid sealing chamber 35 is provided with a partitioning part 36 for axially partitioning the inner and outer cylinders 1, 2 into a pair of liquid chambers 4A, 4B, an orifice 5 is formed to communicate the pair of liquid chambers 4A, 4B, an end wall of the liquid chamber 4 positioned at an axial one end part 1A side of the inner and outer cylinders 1, 2 is composed of the rubber wall 12, and a pressing member 25 is mounted for pressing the rubber wall 12 from an outer side in the axial direction of the inner and outer cylinders in accompany with vibration.
