PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle navigation system capable of displaying operation information of various transport facilities on a road map. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle navigation system comprises both a road map storage means and a display means, as well as a timetable storage means memorizing operation timetables of various transport facilities and a control means indicating these operation timetables of various transport facilities stored in this timetable storage means to the display means. Thus current position and traveling direction of any vehicle for the various transport facilities can be superimpose displayed on the road map based on the operation timetables, and then traffic congestion due to grade crossings intersected on a road in driving can be forecasted.
