PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal structure for suppressing backlash of a bolt, lowering electric resistance, and suitable for high rate discharge, in a lead-acid battery having a terminal with a bolt for outside connection. SOLUTION: The lead-acid battery with the bolt terminal 4 is equipped with a seating part 3 on the top surface of a strap 2 gathering and welding electrode lugs 1 of the same polarity, and the bolt 4 is fixed to a seating part 6 with a bolt fixing member having a first recessed part 5 in the seating part 3, fitting a part in the height direction of a head part 4a of the bolt to the first recessed part 5, and having a second recessed part 8 fitting and joining a through hole 7 passing through the bolt to a part of the head part 4a of the bolt.
