PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strengthen the connection of a lead wire and a base pin by a caulking for preventing the coming off of the lead wire from the base pin. SOLUTION: The caulking is formed into almost a circular cylinder having two or more different diameters, and the diameter D<SB>1</SB>in a first stage is made larger than the diameter D<SB>2</SB>in a second stage.
